kahuna, I don't want to rekindle this whole argument but there is no public declaration yet that the FS is "Bankable". Of course I believe it is, as many here do, but Teck has 30-days to review the FS for the purpose of determining the reliability of the FS results and hence determine if the FS meets the definition of Bankable. If Teck makes no objections within 30 days of delivery then the FS is de facto a Bankable FS. As far we know from the date of the NR the FS was delivered circa Feb 4th.

If Teck were to object to the reliability (Bankable) of the FS it would negate the clock and would represent huge material news that Copper Fox could not withhold from the public. JMHO
