Hi, Meta:

Called the office, the majority of this is for the environmental assessment applications, keeping current day to day expenses going.

I would consider the EA application as an eligible expenditure under the 4 x agreement. While I don't like seeing more PPs, I do like how they are advancing this so as to be attractive to TCK.

Looking forward to hearing about outcome of TCK/CUU discussions.
