Agreed Abullion, i'd add though, if a 75% buyout was to occur TCK would have to pay 4X or 12 Million. This on a part of the SC Property that they (I hear?) had some prior knowledge of from their own prior DD.

We also know, that once U materially change the scope& value of a Project, you are legally required to go back to RE & FS Stage and we know how long this can take....( insert yawn here)!
