Well yeah

But since the 30 day thing like the SEDAR 45 day thing are non-contractual artifacts, should be interesting to see what the next dodge is for Teck to avoid publicly validating the project

They really do need to get some terms set, if at all possible, before going public with our earned interest

That would undercut their nego position
