The JV in this case is just a re-writing of the current Agreement that Teck has to submit to Copper Fox within 60-days post feasibility. Copper Fox then has an unlimited time to review it. It's not really signfiicant because it is mostly the same Agreement we have now.

If someone can convince me that a received JV proposal from Teck is not material enough for Copper Fox to announce it then I would have to conclude that we are going to be in this for the full 120-day's wait. I see many reasons for Teck to defer a decision and buyout. The only thing that might hurt Teck's delay agenda would be the ever-increasing 3 year metal prices.
