This says we spent $85.34M to Dec 31st 2012. Previous NR's said we spent $84.9M as of July 31st, 2012. We only spent $0.44M since July as eligible expenses???

This is part of the discussions they would have been having. It was necessary for Teck to also sign off on the eligible expenditures portion of the Agreement before they could move forward because Teck needed to know how much they would have to spend.

I would hope this NR is an indication that they have at least agreed on the $84.9M as final. It is a reduction from their last News Release where they said: ($85.34 million to December 31, 2012). So Teck must have disagreed on some of those expenditures.

I suppose this means progress of some sort.
