I think what JJ is saying and I agree 100%, the fact that (to our knowledge, it depends who you ask) they are (might) not be going through all the legal red tape and costs to transfer shares means that they might have already agreed that a fair deal will be the better option for both parties, especially if they are aware of ES and EE's plans of wanting to sell the whole shabang.
