And what of Prospekt's note of the Incentive options being awarded on Jan 23rd and then NR'd on Feb 7th and filed on Feb 8th?

Here is my timeline of recent events:

Jan. 16--PP announced, options expired

Jan. 22--closing of financing by insider

Jan. 23--options are granted but not announced

Feb. 4--Feasibility filed

Feb. 6--Jason confirms 30-day review, denies 120-day anything (Chappy)

Feb. 7--Jan 23rd options are announced

Feb. 8--options are filed on TMX

Feb. 12--blackout confirmed, neither 30-day nor 120-day confirmed (dwayner111)
