From the news release yesterday. These are direct quotes.

Feasibility Study Filed on SEDAR

"The Company has delivered a copy of the completed positive Feasibility Study to Teck Resources Limited ("Teck"). "

"Teck's earn back option ... is triggered upon delivery of a "Positive Bankable Feasibility Study" (as defined) to Teck after which they have 120 days to make a decision.

In no part of the document is there any mention of a separate review period.

Pretty straightforward logic in my opinion. Delivery of document triggers clock. Document is delivered. Therefore clock is triggered. Tick tock.
