Real Case Option @ 10% is 836 million! This is 2$ a share! You guys all need to have a drink/take a pill.

I am not knocking you at all, but am I wrong to think that if Teck backs in for 75% we are really only selling them our 23% of that total?

23% isn't $2 bucks a share, but hopefully we will get real case 8% (or better) and there are a lot of extras to include. This also is considering the 171 million tons as waste rock and no value at all for the higher grades below 400m and open at depth. There is the other areas that are very promising (possible district) as well, just not proven up at this point, but high probability of big things there. All these should contribute to our buyout price handsomely.

If Teck plays fair, we should see a good return.
