If Elmer, Ernesto were to take a low offer minus 2 dollar range, i could see how lawsuits would start to accumulate especially knowing that if CUU did more marketing heck we could of been at the 2 dollar level to begin with... As act of good faith i won't make judgment until i see the offer or final offer etc...
