Didn't someone quote Mike from the Vancouver conference as saying something about the clock to the effect of "what makes you think it hasn't started already"?

Chappy, funny you should mention that. I didn`t want to post this here because I wasn`t sure if he was just joking or not but I did pm several people about his comment. When I asked him about the 120days starting this was the first thing he said. Was it an opps on his part? Did the clock start already? The report does say that the feasibility was completed in Dec 2012 and I imagine Teck may have been given the copy then. If there were no major changes between then and now perhaps the clock has started already.
