Nice find Dogger. I'm throwing a wild speculation out there, but reading between the line Don Lindsay likes BC, however it doesn't come without risk either with the upcoming election. Are these delays not blatantly obvious that teck wants to see what happens in the spring before they commit? Everything gets pushed out so that conveniently tecks 120 clock starts giving them to end of what.... May now ??? Maybe a plan was made like a year ago when we were supposed to get the BFS, where teck said push this out until after the BC spring elections. If our new government will support mining expansion and job creation then we will buy you out lock-stock and barrel for $XXX. Mr. E, how does this sound? Oh senior Lindsay, mucho gracias.
