So, my question is from where did he get this information from? It certainly wasn't from management. Besides that Teck has been our JV partner in this all along so how can everybody have "equal" access? Teck has always had first access to all info. by nature of our JV agreement with them.

Sorry folks, I should have phrased that differently. With respect to the 'BFS-delivery-delay-being-due-to-Sedar-filing" theory (a theory I doubted), I meant to say that this theory was likely based on some sort of regulatory requirements of 'equal access' to material information. The use of "BEFORE" in caps distorted my message. My bad.
