So are you saying we can get out of Teck's first right to shaft by screwing up on our end? It may be that teck will not care about technicalities, but would our inability to file this disable us from ever filing a BFS, thus never allowing us to get our hold on those Laird shares and such. I get the idea that if teck walks we get 100% and this could be great....I want to know from the board if failing to file this can be negative to us....aside from making our management look incredibly incompetent with timelines
