Copper Fox Metals Inc.

I apologize in advance if this question has been posed already, I just got off work and havent had a chance to read the many posts. My question is what if the CUU team fails to file? Obviously we still own these properties but does this negate our BFS arrangement with Teck? Can we file a slightly different one later? I imagine this would be very bad and would like to be prepared in case it would result in a major sell off. I have been here for 2 yrs and am in till the end, but have a lot invested like most of you and need to know what my investment is up against as far as obstacles should they fail to be able to print and sign this document.... Talk about leaving it to the last moment TIA
