No, this has been reported many times already now from posters who have called the company and posted the info here. Mike Smith has confirmed to me that they deliver the entire 10,000 page BFS. Given the importance and size of the funding commitment of the back-in decision this makes sense.

Whether it is paper or digital, does it really matter?
