I am not sure what post you are referring to but I posted the Sedar filings for the PP’s and how the latest one was conveniently done much faster this time around.

I have learned a lot from CUU and my other Venture stocks. I will not invest in the Venture Exchange again after this. There is more than enough volatility on the TSX with mining and oil & gas stocks that are actually profitable that it will keep me entertained.
