The laws are straightforward regarding this and yes we all vote, but I will believe teck will respond quickly, when I see It. If by chance we don't get an offer prior to BFS delivery to teck, I can see this going the distance, We have catered to Teck on every aspect ( I believe anyway, minimal BFS), there will be people saying we are close lets get this done. There will be further excuses to drag this out. Elmer won't want to burn bridges with Teck while he has other projects on the go. He will cooperate as long as the talks are on going. The 120 days can be extended by mutual agreement.
