RT, I agree sp is used in most cases when buying out juniors that insiders do not have majority ownership of shares but our situation is very unique and I think he was talking about % of value on the ROV method they will use to determine value. If they were just talking about sp then EE with his deep pockets can certainly run up the sp to say $8/sh. Would you then say we should get 30% of 8 or $10.40/sh as a fair value then? Why doesn't EE do it then and let it sit at that level for 3 months to make it look good? Please talk with Elmer about this yourself and you will confirm what I said is accurate.

It`s not only EE that might do that....the whole CF staff ...me! and im sure Stifel would help keep the price up!

Im sure more here on this board would jump in too....not that many of us can do much but like they say...every share counts
