You are correct on this, Iceman. There is no capital gain until you've sold your Teck shares, if you opt to wait for your CUU shares to be rolled over. Of course, for some unfortunates like myself, all my CUU capital gains will be offset by the capital losses I've suffered in the junior meltdown these last few years.
