Based on the Option Agreement clause 5.5 B) i) and the BFS Base Case Results (not satisfying the Option Agreement 12% npv scenario 5.5 B i)) Teck would have 30 days.

That clause is clear and Teck should have that time to decide, unless CF and Teck agreed in writing on redefining the "Positive Bankable" parameters definition as allowed under under 5.5 A). If they did that then we wouldn't know if "Positive Bankable" is in question or not.

Hopefully we will get more reports and clarity on this question from others speaking with Elmer today.
