I think your post was unnecessary and quite harsh to a respected poster. Even more remarkable is the number of recommendations it got. Common courtesy is clearly a resource more rare than gold. The initial question about why our SP took a nose dive after the promise of unbelievable numbers is very valid. The generic response from Elmer was at least polite if not very forthcoming. A lesson could surely be learned from how Elmer handles these situations.
