Just relaying some experiences from other company takeovers.

Ok, explorationguy, mudguy, minningguy ( I included all 3 of you because you all argue for a low takeout price of under $2 ) please provide some names of companies that were taken over at these low price levels. And also please provide the inside ownership percentage of these companies.

This is important because insiders own over 50% of Cuu and they can reject any offer that is too low. So Teck may offer a lowball number but it doesn't mean we would accept it! I'm betting that Teck steps up to the plate to factor in Inferred resources to offer a fair buyout price of over $5/sh. A good example of a Major stepping up to buy unexplored potential is Goldcorp's purchase of Andean Resources for over 3B. I have provided a real life example so pls provide yours explorationguy.
