My greatest fear is that EE and ES have come to an understanding to accomodate Teck's interest to defer the buy out. It would be delay, delay, delay. Sounds familiar.

That would be Teck's dream but I doubt it would happen.

1) Elmer has indicated many times, that they want Teck to buy us out 100%. We are not miners.

2) Elmer has stated to many of us that they want this to end asap as much as we, the retail investors and move on.

3) Ernesto has a several billion dollar real estate project going on in Mexico that I am sure he would prefer to focus on and be physically around to attend to, rather than CUU. So I'm sure he would want his investment here to be as short term as possible to use his profits elsewhere.
