Do a calculation on IRR using RE2 numbers with the "waste area". Let me know what the IRR is then. cheers!

RabidTiger did so already and IIRC he came up with IRR circa 15%

Now when 171 million tons is recognized as mineralized, lets run those numbers again but with the BFS engineer's recommendation of expansion to 180,000 TPD.

I haven't seen anyone run and post the IRR and NPV on that recommended scenario yet. Curious.
