What if?

What if, Teck makes us an offer for 20-40-75% and we get an offer from another major who wants 100%, can we turn Teck's offer down for the 100% since we are not "miners" but explorers and prefer to sell 100%? If so, this is a big risk Teck will be taking by not buying us out 100% right off the start because a bidding war will ensue, which is crazy for Teck because the price will be a lot more than if they had just taken 100% from the beginning. IMO, Teck will have to make a fair and reasonable offer and for 100% to avoid a bidding war.

Unless, we are obligated to sell whatever percentage Teck elects and CUU can only sell off the remainder to other majors. We cannot sell 100% to another major.
