It certainly is intriguing why DM often sells at a lower price than what he buys back at - I wonder what his rationale is???

David is like a super-accountant. Based on my understanding of tax planning strategies he is doing this "sell-at-a-loss and immediate buy-back" strategy to reduce his future tax bill on the ultimate sale of CUU.
