When we say Teck will have to pay 400% if buy-in at 75%, are salaries included or only expenses related to the exploration and resulting numbers for BFS? What about value added to the project? Like Port Stuart, lands, permits for roads, electricity, EA? Lots of research, long term construction mentally, thoroughness and ingenuity to come up with each additional benefits to the mine plan. That's earnest value added. No quote or invoice, expense can pay for such experience and expertise by just salaries. Look at the long hours and personal sacrifice of CUU management and staff. These additional benefits, almost a turnkey mine, can only be rewarded in the sale price of the whole enchilada!

Another stupid thing that kept going in my head all night are the things the stupid bashers on Stockhouse were saying there. Wonder how many scared people, jumped off ship because of their bashing and sending fear through their veins and probably ruined their holidays.

Oh but revenge is so sweet and I started imagining instead of sleeping, the day when the fat lady, dressed in her long evening dress, comes on stage in January 2013, and sings this song that I've posted below. I've also provided the ringtone you could download to your phone as I've done on mine.
