CUU is a reporting issuer in BC and Alberta. Ernesto is a control person in CUU (interest >20%) and would need to file a notice of intention to sell (with the amount owned and maximum amount he intended to sell) 7 days before any selling. Ernesto would then have to disclose his position 3 days after any trade. He would have 30 days to sell after filling the notice to sell.

I am not sure if a press release is neccassary but the fillings would be available on sedar and I can imagine you would hear about it pretty quick.
