if teck takes control of the project that means they had bought in X amount which means our % of value can be then sold to whoever we want, could be even Tecks biggest competition. so nothing is devastating to us... cheers!

Not quite my point, but I do agree with yours - that we can always sell our part to another major. However, IF Teck did decide (and I already agreed that they cannot) to put this project in mothballs, good luck trying to sell our 'minority' position to another company.

Hence my point - that the four year clause, in whatever way it's interpreted, is an ace in the pocket.
