I guess was not 100% understanding the full consequences of Teck not getting the controing interest. After reading your statement again it clicked that if Cuu sold the 25% controlling interest (because Teck could never get the mine up in the timeline per contract) thenTeck could be holding 75% of a resource that the controling 25% gets to decide the fate of.

Dont know if that made sense, Im tired.
