Okay I redid the numbers assuming our waste rock has value.

Our NPV increases from $513M to $1885M.

Our IRR increases from 10.13 percent to 14.88 percent (huge improvement).

For those interested, the economic numbers seem to indicate first year profit of 205M followed by 20 years of 405M profit. These results seem to match our NPV and IRR numbers.

This improves to 275M and 550M with this waste rock having value.
