Aside from the poor numbers, the positives I see in this is that this is the absolute worse case scenario and it is positive. Teck may have wanted to see that. The good news is that this is a gigantic deposit still and even though 171M tons is technically classified as waste rock they (Teck) may already have a good idea about the grades of this rock and may not consider it waste. That will improve the economics significantly.
