Who should I speak to about someone who claims to sell his position buts hangs around to haggle why he dumped his CUU position. Why are these posts not removed?

There is no magic bullet here. I just pick up the phone and call the office. Thats all.

I try to follow every post here. I am no expert thats for sure.
