An NDA creates a confidential relationship between the parties to protect any type of confidential and proprietary information or trade secrets. As such, an NDA protects nonpublic business information.

Brad, the information and explanations that we have all provided to you clearly answers your now repetitive question.

The completed or 99.999999% completed BFS is exactly the type of material information that is being cloaked from public view with NDAs.
