I have not found anything that would cuase CUU to have to act within a final time frame. Presumably they could with hold the BFS as long as they like on the basis that it's never done. What if they simply stopped working on it and got busy in Arizona? Would Teck wait or would they try do something about it? Now before everyone chimes in to say it's our mandate blah blah blah. First, nothing in the entire history says we are in any rush to do anything. There may be an even bigger advantage to stalling this out for another year. Second, it seems like we are giving up too much with the undrilled properties. Third, why not try keep our portion or find ways to dwindle Tecks position.
