I have had the same concerns

I believe they are required to form a JV within 60 days of the BFS

CUU is specified to be the managing partner until Teck earns back in

This would occur during the 120 day decision window for Teck

I think I posted that this was an unacceptable term to Teck and they would not do it

That I believe is still the case

Part of whatever ongoing negotiation they are conducting will absolutely have to be the modification of that term

...and there is value in that position
