They may but imho, I think it would be overkill. Hiring a third party is costly $$$ and you would have to justify the expense. I don't know the mind of ES and what he is thinking so I can only give my professional opinion.

I agree. It would be overkill (unless the numbers are so huge....). Also, Copper Fox has gone through two engineering firms to complete the BFS and also took on the expense of a third party expert in hiring Jim Gray to oversee the BFS completion.

I would agree that this third party review is at the bequest of a potential acquirer.

Elmer needs to pull off his Geo bow tie and pocket-pen protector and draw a hard-nosed line in the sand. Sign by this drop-dead date or I start a public bidding war.
