the four-year clause isn't needed to cement this investment. Copper Fox management intends to sell its interest in Schaft Creek, to the highest bidder.

If this huge deposit is economical (which is as near a certainty as anyone can expect with negative cost CU) then any big miner will want to own a piece of a polymetalic mining district and they would develop it in a hurry to maximize payback and meet stated production ramp up goals.

A quick pay-back is the main motivator of any acquirer. We don't need the four-year clause to make the "near-term SC buy-out" case.
