Warrants were attached to the PPs. The warrants are not yet exercised.

BTW, warrants do not have to be 'in the money' in order for the holder to exercise them (pay for and take possession of the shares). If you consider what Ernesto believes Copper Fox is REALLY worth he will certainly exercise these, if not at least as part of a buy-out deal.
