Warrants Question

Just a quick question so EE exercises his warrants yesterday which means he pays the some odd 8 million to CUU for the Warrants. If so why did we finance another 4 million when Cuu would know when the Warrants are coming due and how much money we were about to get?

I am EE is privy to all the information if he is plowing millions of dollars into this thing why would he not be blacked out while the others are? Being the largest share holder I would think he would be asking a lot of questions and want to see the info.
