CUU outstanding shares = 387,970,000 (or there about?)

Float = 157,009,000

Restricted (insider) shares = 230,880,000 OR about 59.5% of outstanding shares

David Macdonald = 12,600,000 shares

David sells = 147,200 shares (by the way do we know 100% right now that it was David?)

SO:

David sold = 1.17% of his shares - OMG!!!!

David sold = 0.064% of insiders shares -OMG should we run for the hills?

Why all the worry? Any long time investor realizes that insiders sell their shares for many reasons. I have no time trying to figure out why David (if it is him) sold his. I am more interested in focusing on my day trades then to worry what David does. If he sold 50% of his holding, well that may be a different story.
