The first right of refusal would only pertain to bona fide offers

If Copper Fox elects to share outside inquiries with Teck, that is a function of the relationship between the relative managements

...my hunch would be that Elmer would shop any serious inquiry/proposal with Teck

...and point out that he who brings money, gets horse.....
