You are so welcome, Chappy. I did call Jason who said they said they were happy about the 2012 drill program. He mentioned that they are looking carefully determining the parcels falling within the "areas of mutual interest" in terms of the back-in agreement. I asked him if this meant asking for a legal opinion in this regard, and he indicated, yes.
