BC Hydro tender out for bid

This RFP is issued by BC Hydro to obtain Proposals from parties wishing to provide the
following Work to BC Hydro:

The general contractor will be required to construct Bob Quinn (BQN) substation and
upgrade Skeena (SKA) substation in accordance with BC Hydro's designs, as part of the NTL
Project. BQN must be ready for energization by December 31, 2013 and SKA by November 29,
2013.
