There have been numerous suggestions that we will never see the BFS because Teck will take us out.

I would like to know from management's perspective whether that is true.

Questions

Who sees the BFS when it is completed and the timeline involved.

Does Teck have the right or authority to withold the BFS from retail investors and under what circumstances would they be permitted to do so.
