He did reiterate on two (2) occassions that the FS was expected to be completed by the end of this month...by the end on March.

Michael Smith Insiders are in a black out period ...they are in receipt of the feasibility study. FS is not complete, mine plan to be finalized, they will be in this black-out until the FS in released.

...the timing of the FS, Michael confidently informed it would be out by the end of the month. ...released by the end of March, 45 days to SEDAR.

Michael: need for additional funding going forward, a MAJOR financing, reference to the cost of completing a JV. ...it appears to me we are planning an alternative scenario, Teck takes a pass or JV partner possibly with another player (total speculation).
