MES, I could be wrong but I think you have misinterpreted one poster's use of the term 'done deal'. When this poster said something to the effect that "if insiders are blacked out still and no mine plan is produced soon then it's a done deal" I think that they meant that a buy-out deal has been struck, not that there's a problem.
