That's my feeling exactly. How many companies that have got taken out advertised beforehand that they have hired a negotiator to handle a buy out offer for them. I can't think of any that have made preannouncements before an offer was made. That would be letting the cat out of the bag and everyone would know what's going down. You only find out afterwards when the deal has been struck that they hired a negotiator to handle things for them. So we will not know until after the fact.
